The exhibition hall of the Insular Council of Ibiza, Sa Nostra Sala, presents the exhibition “El primer viatge, photographs of Oriol Maspons”, with a set of 80 photographs taken between the early 1950s and the 1980s, and curated by Toni Álvarez de Arana. The exhibition is divided into three areas that illustrate the interest that the island aroused in the Barcelona photographer, the subjects that interested him such as portraits, photographs of ways of life, architecture, traditions and activities related to nightlife, with the hippies who ended up becoming the new symbols of the island.
